Join Our Team as a Parts Counterperson!
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers and service technicians in need of automotive parts and accessories. Your ability to provide expert guidance, accurately source parts, and maintain inventory efficiency will play a crucial role in our operations. Whether assisting customers in person, over the phone, or supporting the service department, you will ensure a seamless parts purchasing experience.
What the Job Entails
As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting customers with parts inquiries and purchases, ensuring they receive the correct parts for their vehicles.
  • Locating and sourcing parts from inventory, vendors, dealerships, or online suppliers.
  • Processing orders and arranging customer pickups or deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with the service department to ensure technicians have the necessary parts for repairs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.

What We Are Looking For
