Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our construction team. This position supports
concrete crews with site preparation, placing and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.
Ideal candidates are hardworking, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
 
Key Responsibilities
·        Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations
·        Prepare job sites, including grading, forming, and cleanup
·        Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
·        Operate hand and power tools safely
·        Follow company safety policies and procedures
·        Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members
·        Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
·        Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (not required)
·        Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
·        Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
·        Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends
