We are currently seeking a Labels Technician to participate in the production of several types of labels. As a Labels Technician, you will be expected to carry a level of proficiency in Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration within the Construction Labels fabrication shop.
Responsibilities
  • Execute production and shipping of labels orders with minimal scrap or re-work
  • Collaborate with Construction Labels Sales, Estimating, Management, Customers, and other technicians to maintain production flow
  • Promote Construction Labels in a positive light at all times when dealing with customers, and other industry professionals
  • Ensure professional resolution of escalated order and quality-related issues and customer satisfaction
  • Identify best practices for processes, materials and methods of production for Construction Labels, and its customers

Physical Requirements
  • Standing and moving throughout the production area for most of the shift
  • Repetitive use of hands to produce, inspect, and package labels
  • Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
  • Operating production equipment safely
  • Visually inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, understand and follow written & verbal instructions
  • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW, any design program is a plus
