Job Description:

* Responsible for performing manual and machine supported tasks to fill, cap, freeze, label, and package company products.

* Manually fills or operates filling equipment for type of product and sizes of containers specified.

* Labels tubes, or containers, apply labels to boxes, cans, pails, etc.

* Operates label application equipment.

* Puts packaged product into boxes, seals boxes by manually applying tape or operating a taping machine.

* Accurately calculates number of tubes required for each order and performs basic calculation to ensure appropriate ratio of material available or required to complete orders per instruction.

* Perform 100% quality check on each tube filled during the process.

* Participates in 5S activities.

* Complies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times.

* Performs other tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

* Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.

* Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

* Must be able to effectively manipulate multiple hand tasks simultaneously with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Must be able to use and wear the appropriate PPE equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.
