Join an advanced electronic connector manufacturer specializing in high-quality cable assemblies and infinite switch connectors. This company supports precision production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking for dependable team members ready to grow with the organization.

We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift openings in the Guntersville/Arab area for Machine Operators and Sorters. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on shift, experience, and position.

Position Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions.
  • Sort, inspect, and handle electronic connector components and cable assemblies with attention to detail.
  • Monitor product quality and identify defects or inconsistencies during production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
  • Meet daily production goals in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operating, sorting, or production experience is helpful but not always required.
