In this role, you’ll focus solely on custom jewelry—designing and creating pieces from concept to completion in a dedicated studio environment that allows for deep focus, creativity, and craftsmanship.

You’ll also play a key role in developing Bailey’s private label collection, creating designs that will launch across all store locations while shaping the future aesthetic of the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Design and produce custom jewelry from concept to completion
  • Execute advanced bench work, including complex stone setting, fabrication, and finishing
  • Create precise, productionready designs using CAD/CAM software
  • Collaborate directly with the owners to design private label collections and oneofakind showcase pieces
  • Contribute creatively to Bailey’s evolving private label line, with the freedom to design pieces you’re passionate about
  • Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency
  • Work uninterrupted by the daily hustle of retail stores as the sole custom jewelry designer in our corporate office
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in endtoend content creation
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Exceptional bench jeweler skills with experience in advanced goldsmith work
  • Highlevel proficiency in CAD design software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and stone setting requirements
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Detailoriented, organized, and comfortable working in a highvolume custom shop
  • A passion for fine jewelry, problemsolving, and continuous improvement
  • WHY BAILEY’S?

At Bailey’s, skill matters—but heart matters just as much.

You’ll work alongside an award-winning Custom Design team, use cutting-edge technology, and be part of a company that truly invests in its people and their growth.

If you’re ready to create extraordinary jewelry—and help shape a private label collection rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and tradition—we’d love to meet you.
