Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Post-Production Associates to join our cannabis manufacturing team. In this role, you will support all post-harvest operations, including trimming, bucking, sorting, weighing, packaging, labeling, quality control, and inventory preparation. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced production work while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to perform repetitive tasks while ensuring every product meets company and state compliance standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Post-Harvest Processing
  • Process harvested cannabis by bucking, trimming, sorting, and preparing flower for packaging.
  • Inspect flower for quality, consistency, and defects.
  • Remove stems, leaves, and excess plant material while preserving product quality.
  • Weigh and organize finished product according to company specifications.
Packaging & Labeling
  • Package flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and infused products according to company SOPs.
  • Count, weigh, seal, label, and box finished cannabis products.
  • Apply compliant state-required labels and verify product information.
  • Prepare products for inventory, transfers, and retail distribution.
Quality Assurance
  • Perform visual inspections throughout production.
  • Identify damaged or contaminated product and notify leadership immediately.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across all production batches.
  • Ensure products meet company specifications before final packaging.
Compliance & Inventory
  • Follow all state cannabis regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Accurately complete production documentation and inventory records.
  • Assist with inventory counts and product tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all production activities.
Facility Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Sanitize workstations, tools, and production equipment.
  • Follow PPE requirements and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist other departments as business needs require.
Qualifications
  • Previous cannabis production, trimming, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must hold a valid and active Arizona Facility Agent Card.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity.
  • Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift.
Work Environment
This position is based in a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility. Employees work in a fast-paced production environment while following strict quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards. Team members are expected to maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency while producing premium cannabis products.
Preferred Experience
  • Cannabis trimming or post-harvest experience
  • Packaging or manufacturing experience
  • METRC experience (preferred but not required)
  • Quality assurance or inventory experience
  • Experience working in a regulated production environment
Schedule
Schedules vary based on production needs and may include weekends, overtime, and extended shifts during peak harvest periods.
