You'll obtain vital signs, assess and prepare patients for examinations and treatments, perform EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and routine lab testing, administer medications within your scope of practice, start IVs, assist with wound care and minor procedures, maintain accurate medical documentation, and support providers throughout the day. You'll also help create an exceptional patient experience while working closely with your teammates to keep the clinic running smoothly.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced environment.Provides compassionate, patient-focused care.Communicates effectively with patients and teammates.Can multitask while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.Is comfortable using electronic medical records and basic computer programs.Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, emergency medical services (EMS), or a related healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Position DetailsSchedule: Part-Time/PRN, 12-hour shifts, including some Saturdays.Pay: $25/hour.Training: All newly hired team members may be required to attend a four-day training session in Texarkana, Texas, as part of the onboarding process.At HealthCARE Express, we believe great patient care starts with great people.
