At Rosina Food Products, we take pride in producing safe, high-quality food. We're looking for a Food Quality Inspector to join our 3rd shift team, If you're detail-oriented and passionate about food safety, this is your opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the industry.
Pay & Schedule:
  • $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule: 7PM-5:30AM OR 2pm-12:30am
  • Full-time position with consistent hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
  • Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps
  • Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
  • Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
  • Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
  • Train production staff on quality standards and documentation

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced food manufacturing setting
  • Exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
