Role Overview: This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring vital signs, operating imaging technology, and maintaining a sterile, safe environment to support high‑quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience required.
  • Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
  • EPIC Charting System experience preferred.
  • 1st time traveler experience accepted.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: High volume cath lab that performs diagnostic as well as interventional cardiac procedures. Procedures include LHC, RHC, structural heart, PCIs, impella, IABP, EKOs, rotablator, CSI, IVUS, FFR/DFR.
Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, MAC LAB, CUPID, EPIC, SBAR
Schedule:
  • Shift: 10 hr. x 4 days a week 0730-1800. Some early shift of 0630-1700 (or until the structural heart is completed). Clinicians will have one of the 4 days designated as a late shift (Meaning they complete the last patient of the day).Call Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required; 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends depending on rotation.
  • Call: 1 night a week
  • Float Requirement: as needed
  • Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every other month
