A growing aerospace manufacturer in Goodyear is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as a Lab Tech. Whether you have prior Lab testing experience or are eager to develop your skills, this company provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
Lab Tech Job Duties: 
  • Perform craze testing on acrylic materials
  • Maintain quality of materials
  • Log testing results in Microsoft Excel
  • Work with a variety of testing tools (nontoxic materials)
Pay: $23 - $26 per hour, DOE
Schedule: 6am – 2pm Monday – Friday, must be flexible to move shifts if needed. Must be available for weekends and overtime. 
Lab Tech Job Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience testing materials
  • Expert using excel spreadsheets and data entry
  • Experience working in a lab using testing tools
  • High attention to detail. Ability to see small defects
