A Day in the Life
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Field Lead in conducting field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete
- Perform a variety of materials testing in both lab and field environments
- Support the coordination of on-site laboratory testing facilities
- Assist with maintaining laboratory certifications and quality standards
- Communicate test results and provide technical input to internal teams and external clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project schedules and quality expectations
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times in the field and lab
- Coordinate field equipment and assist with routine maintenance and calibration of testing instruments
- Support and learn from senior staff while contributing to team success
