Job description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality personal care products is seeking a QC Lab Tech to join their team!
Title: QC Lab Technician
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Shift: M-F 5am-2pm PST
Contract, with opportunity to extend or convert.
Job Duties:
  • Test pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and other tests as required on QC samples.
  • Assist with the approval of in-process and finished good samples.
  • Prepare and transcribe analytical data for CoA release.
  • Label specimens accurately and distribute them to the appropriate department.
  • Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies.
  • Perform quality control duties as directed by the Laboratory Manager.
  • Understand, exercise and monitor all GMP and safety requirements and procedures in the work environment.
  • Support other areas of QC as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred or High school diploma/GED required with 2 years exp
  • Require 1-2 years of formal laboratory experience.
  • Wet chemistry experience.
  • Able to easily understand complex instructions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely completion.
