This position is for an on-call role with shifts from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, requiring flexibility for additional emergency call shifts.

Job Description

The Cardiac and Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. This role includes managing access sites and symptoms, assisting in sheath removal, and performing ongoing patient assessments during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor cardiac and vascular procedures, providing direct assistance to physicians.
  • Manage access site and symptoms, including sheath removal.
  • Schedule inpatients and outpatients for various procedures.
  • Assist in the admission, recovery, and discharge processes for patients.
  • Handle emergency, after-hours call shifts as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Previous experience in a Cath Lab required.
  • Experience in Interventional Radiology and Interventional Neurology.
  • Current licensure for CCL (Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory) is required.
  • Ability to work independently and assist physicians effectively in procedures.
