  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure all specification, test, documentation, and sample requirements meet internal and external expectations

  • Drive improvements to our internal and joint validation processes to proactively mitigate customer risks

  • Support enabler and customer system bringup, ensuring our products meet expectations and requirements

  • Drive issue resolution by leading debug and root cause analysis activities across teams

  • Deliver status updates, risk assessments, and technical insights through presentations, reports, and stakeholder meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering fields

  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities

  • Ability to relay technical information to and from enablers and customers, verbally and in writing, at a professional level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud, hyperscale, graphics, or similar high-performance computing ecosystems

  • Experience leveraging Agentic AI systems such as Claude and Sonnet for the development of automated testing tools

  • Background in semiconductor manufacturing processes or validation workflows
