  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment
  • Must be willing to float within skill set as needed
Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical laboratory testing across blood bank and generalist workflows
  • Process specimens accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including Beckman Coulter platforms
  • Work in alignment with EPIC and Sunquest laboratory system workflows
  • Support specimen accessioning, pipetting, and routine laboratory procedures
  • Perform a wide range of testing, including CBC manual, differential, immunoassay, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, and more
  • Maintain quality assurance, controls, and accurate documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day lab coverage and float within scope to meet departmental needs
  • Contribute to a collaborative healthcare team focused on dependable patient care
