Vitalant is hiring Medical Laboratory Scientists to bring skilled technical support to our high complexity testing reference laboratories. We are currently hiring for a MLS I -MLS III level Scientist to join our Reference lab.

Work Schedule: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Base Wage: $32.17/ hour - $42.55/hour
2nd Shift Differential - 9%
Weekend Shift Differential 8%

As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to:

  • Bachelors degree in Medical lab Science OR Bachelors in another Science with ASCP/AHN MLS certification.
  • ASCP MLS required.

Experience
Medical Lab Scientist I
  • Bachelor's degree in medical Lab Science or MLS certification required.
  • Certification as MLS required within 6 months of employment.
  • Pay: $32.17/hour

Medical Lab Scientist II
  • MLS/BB certification required.
  • 2 years in a clinical laboratory setting required.
  • Pay: $35.89/hour - $37/hour

Medical Lab Scientist III
  • SBB certification preferred. MLS/BB certification required.
  • 3 years lab experience with 1-year IRL required.
  • 2 years lead/charge experience required.
  • Pay $41.27/hour - $42.55/hour
