What does a lab project manager do?

A Lab Project Manager oversees scientific or technical projects within a laboratory setting. They are responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. Their role is crucial for keeping laboratory projects on track and achieving successful results.
