Factory Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $31.15/hr

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 5:00am - 1:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the microbiological program is in compliance with company standards and all State and Federal regulations
  • Collect daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual micro samples for internal & external lab testing
  • Isolate & make cultures of micro-organisms & identify by examination
  • Coordinate sampling with sanitation activities & production schedule to be in compliance with the microbiological program
  • Managing all micro documentation & review root cause analysis for all out of spec micro results
  • Maintain micro programs in an audit ready state
  • Maintain line health programs
  • Participate in Proficiency Testing Programs
  • Complete adherence to Primo Brands sampling plan and manage all documentation
  • Provide support for internal/external audits & provide sustainable corrective/preventive actions for gaps
  • Ability to trend analytical data & perform root cause analysis
  • Assist in leading & teaching factory employees in quality control systems
  • Maintain all SOP’s relevant to position
  • Provide back-up support for QA positions
  • GMP monitoring & implementation
  • Assist with consumer complaint processing & reporting
  • Sensory Program participation & maintenance as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related science or demonstrated equivalent experience in microbiology lab
  • Understanding of quality systems and processes
  • Experienced in standard analytical methods for microbiology, troubleshooting microbiological issues and experience with pathogens, molds, and spoilage microorganisms desired
  • Prior experience performing internal quality audits and maintaining micro programs in an audit ready state
  • Understanding of microbiological testing and operation of related lab equipment
  • Ability to track and trend micro data and testing results
  • Knowledge of EPA and FDA regulations is desired
  • Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organization
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments
  • Must be flexible with work hours to accommodate production demands
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Ability to trend analytical data and perform root cause analysis

customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding

customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
