Medical  Lab Technologist

Location: Anaconda, Montana

Pay Rate: $1,300 to $2,000/week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: NOC Shift, 12-hour shifts; 3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off rotation

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Lab Technologist for a 13-week night-shift contract opportunity in Anaconda, Montana. This role supports laboratory testing, specimen processing, phlebotomy, quality control, and accurate reporting in a hospital laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across assigned lab departments

• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy as needed

• Analyze, verify, and report accurate laboratory results

• Maintain quality control, instrument maintenance, and laboratory safety standards

• Document lab results and workflow accurately using EPIC

Requirements

• Active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist License Required

• Minimum 2 years of CLS, MT, or Medical Technologist experience required

• HEW, ASCP, AMT, Or NCA Certification Preferred

• Phlebotomy experience required

• Must be available for NOC 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off schedule, and holiday coverage
