Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Level II for a travel nursing job in Redding, California.

Home Health RN – Travel Assignment

Shift: Days, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, No weekends, No holidays
Contract: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week


Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum home health experience
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Experience with:
    • Wound care
    • Wound VACs
    • Ostomy care
    • PICC line care
    • IV antibiotics
    • Lab draws
    • CHF and pneumonia patients
Responsibilities
  • Provide routine skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
  • Assess and manage wound care, wound VACs, and ostomies.
  • Perform PICC line care, IV therapy, and lab collection.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and medications.
  • Document patient care using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Up to 5 routine patient visits per day
  • No Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, or case management
  • No on-call
  • No floating
  • One-week orientation with a preceptor
  • Samsung tablet and company cell phone provided
  • Casual business attire or clean scrubs acceptable
Required Certifications
  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Auto Insurance
