At Bertram Dental Lab, we are passionate about advancing dental technology to improve lives. Located in Menasha, WI, our dedicated team collaborates across departments to design, create, and maintain exceptional removable partial dentures (RPD) that positively impact patient comfort and oral health every day. We foster a supportive work culture focused on continuous learning and excellence.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Dental Lab Technician to join our Refractory Model Department. This full-time role involves fabricating, shaping, and finishing partial denture frameworks using advanced dental materials and techniques. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive in-house training will be provided. If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a passion for craftsmanship, this role is a great fit.

Job Description

Apply porcelain paste over prosthesis frameworks/setups with brushes and spatulas
Build and shape teeth setups using hand instruments and specifications from dentists or observations
Create patient mouth models by pouring plaster into dental impressions and allowing it to set
Load castings for frameworks into ovens following lost wax casting processes
Melt metals and mix acrylic/paste materials, pouring into molds or onto frameworks to form partial dentures
Place tooth models on an apparatus simulating jaw movement to assess functionality
Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas to comply with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Salary Range

Full-time $36,800 - $47,000 per year
