Authentic Dental Lab is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Dental Lab Sales Representative. This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the successful candidate to work directly within the Austin and surrounding cities, including San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas areas. Having been in business for over 40 years, Authentic Dental Lab is known for its strong commitment to quality and relationships in the dental lab industry. This position is ideal for a dynamic, high-impact individual who is self-motivated and has a drive for developing long-lasting relationships and increasing sales.

As a key member of our sales team, your primary goal will be to expand our client base and drive sales within your assigned territory. The success of your role will be directly linked to commissions earned through increased business. Alongside a great base salary, the job also provides car allowances, a gas card, commission, and an attractive package of personal days, vacation, and holidays. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, and visit potential new clients to introduce products and services offered by Authentic Dental Lab.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by offering superior client service and support.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals to ensure targets set by the sales manager are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects, effectively showcasing the benefits of our products.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily sales visits and client interactions, submitting a comprehensive report to the Sales Manager daily.
  • Travel within a geographically large territory to meet prospective and current clients, which may involve occasional overnight stays.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote Authentic Dental Lab and network with potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose adjustments in strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Handle client concerns and resolve complaints by offering solutions that ensure client satisfaction and fidelity.
  • Stay informed about new products and enhancements in the dental lab industry to effectively up-sell and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of related outside sales experience, preferably within the Dental field.
  • Proven track record of effectively selling and delivering persuasive presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and engage with clients.
  • Results-driven individual with a robust work ethic and the ability to make 15-20 outside sales visits per day.
  • Self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude, maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal car for daily use in geographical territory coverage.
  • Ability to organize daily schedules and activities for optimum productivity and achieving sales targets.
  • Must be physically able to drive long distances and handle the demands of the job, including setting up displays and promotional materials.
