HVACR Lab Instructor & Skills Coach

You walk them through diagnostics, then coach them as they troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair. By afternoon, you’re mentoring a project team, helping them connect classroom theory to real equipment. When the lab closes, you know you’ve moved someone closer to a career.

What you’ll do
  • Inspire and educate: Build an engaging, inclusive learning space where aspiring technicians thrive.
  • Lead hands-on training: Demonstrate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on heating and cooling systems and components; supervise safe, real-world practice.
  • Shape curriculum: Collaborate to refine courses and introduce updates aligned with current HVACR technology and trends.
  • Mentor projects: Coach students to think critically, solve problems, and present their work professionally.
