Leaders in digital transformation, the team has helped clients establish innovation incubators, develop digital medicine strategies, enhance patient experiences, and identify new revenue sources. 

Your Role

A leader at Capgemini Invent is highly visible and makes a strong impact on our organization. You will be accountable for driving and delivering engagements in accordance with or exceeding client expectations of speed, cost, and quality. You will build new, strengthen and expand current client relationships. In addition to leading delivery, you will drive business development and be highly involved in practice development. You will support the professional development of practitioners within the Life Sciences practice and that of any practitioners assigned to your projects. In this position, you will be challenged on an assortment of projects and practice activities providing you depth and breadth of knowledge and experience. 

Project Management and Delivery 

  • Ensure successful project outcomes with the delivery executive for Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, and Lab Sciences.
  • Drive completion of deliverables, meeting client expectations for speed, quality, and budget.
  • Maintain status reports, financials, and lead client communications.
  • Onboard, evaluate, and mentor team members.
  • Manage multiple priorities with urgency and energy.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to define long-term goals and strategies.
  • Apply strong consulting and analytical skills to deliver recommendations and solutions.
  • Lead or support transformation projects for large clients in relevant sectors.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of productivity.

Business Development 

  • Build internal networks and educate others on Life Sciences Practice offerings, especially Operational Transformation.
  • Identify and leverage business relationships in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Lab Sciences to grow new opportunities.
  • Contribute to client proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Expand existing account relationships and identify project extensions.

Building Our Brand 

  • Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to System Implementations, Process Optimization and Enterprise Transformation. 

People Development 

  • Lead recruiting, training, and team-building efforts.
  • Drive upskilling of team members in areas relevant to System Implementations and Process Optimization.
  • Mentor junior team members for ongoing professional development.
  • Assess performance with leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A proven track record of 8 to 10+ years of Life Sciences expertise at an established management consulting and/or industry firm with focus intwo or more of these areas: Supply Chain Operations, Implementations, Lab Informatics, Lab Information Systems, Lab of the Future - Design and Implementation, Process Optimization and Enterprise Transformation
  • Industry expertise, Life Sciences consulting experience to assist clients in the areas of clinical development, quality, regulatory, supply chain and/or commercial operations.
  • A proven track record and expertise in procurement (direct), manufacturing, new product introduction, manufacturing and product quality analytics, manufacturing and quality systems (QMS)
  • Expertise in one of the process areas in Life Science as it relates to LIMS, PLM, MES, Veeva, Trackwise
  • 5+ years of experience in managing the successful delivery of Life Sciences or Healthcare-related projects across multiple clients
  • Proven track record of leading and managing both large and small teams
  • Proven track record of core consulting skills, including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design and change management
  • Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at a management level, with excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 to $265,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
