Summary:
The Biometric Screening Lab Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of the lab testing for the biometric screenings. Additional responsibilities include supply management (ordering), QA, CLIA, record keeping and staff training, staff eval input. Functions as a screening team member and may assist with other duties as needed.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Associate degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified Lab Tech, Clinical Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, EMT or Exercise Professional. CPR certification required.
  3. Experience: Experience with Waived Lab testing and state requirements.
  4. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to provide effective supervision and to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff and patients.
  5. Ability to adapt to continuous changes in schedules, requests and patient needs.
