We are searching for the best talent for an Experienced Analyst, R&D Master Data to be located in Horsham, PA or Malvern, PA.

Purpose: The Experienced Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality oversight of clinical finished goods master data in SAP S/4HANA and associated clinical supply planning systems.

This role partners closely with Clinical Supply Chain, Trial Supply Leads, End-to-End Supply Planners, Supply Network Planners, Clinical Operations, Quality and other partners to ensure master data accurately supports clinical trial planning, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and forecasting activities.

The individual will support clinical supply master data processes, maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance, providing technical support for SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems, developing reporting and analytics, and contributing to process improvements that support clinical supply planning, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and forecasting activities.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating, maintaining, and validating clinical finished goods master data within SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems.
  • Ensuring master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established business processes and data standards.
  • Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of new master data requirements and process enhancements.
  • Providing technical and operational support related to SAP S/4HANA master data and supply planning processes.
  • Monitoring data quality metrics, process compliance, and deliverable completion, and communicate status to business partners.
  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand clinical trial requirements and support the translation of business needs into master data and system solutions.
  • Maintaining knowledge of clinical supply chain processes, trial design considerations, and planning system functionality to provide effective support and recommendations.
  • Supporting user access management and system administration activities within clinical supply planning systems.
  • Supporting onboarding and training activities for new users and maintain associated training documentation and materials.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, process efficiency, standardization, and system adoption.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory, quality, and company compliance requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supply chain, supply chain operations, clinical operations, master data management, or related business functions is required.
  • Experience working with SAP Material Master and supply chain master data concepts is required, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and supporting master data processes within enterprise systems is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partner relationships is required.
  • Ability to work in a complex, global, cross-functional environment is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting is required.
