What You'll Be Doing:

Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with our sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to deliver high levels of client service while upholding our core values and business objectives. You'll use various logistics tools to manage supply chain flow and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. You're the point of contact for customers, and you'll maintain a positive, helpful attitude as you assist them with any shipping, delivery, product, or pricing needs. You'll make customers feel heard, nurture strong relationships, proactively address concerns, and collect feedback so we can continue to improve our operations.

You'll also have a hand in our logistics processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all activities. Attentive to detail, you'll process orders, complete data entry, review sales orders, and track shipments to ensure deliveries arrive on time. You'll work with freight, shipping, and logistics partners as needed to support cost-effective transportation processes, and you'll inform stakeholders about changes or updates. Throughout all activities, you'll maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with all shipping, customs, and import/export requirements.

Customer Service Representative Compensation:

  • $24.00 - $25.50/hour
  • Steady 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule
  • Perks & Benefits like a bonus structure, health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, short- and long-term disability, company-paid life insurance, professional development support, and advancement opportunities within a growing organization

You're a Fit if You Have:

  • Familiarity with logistics or customer service concepts
  • Basic understanding of shipping or inventory management processes
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) with comfort learning/using CRM and logistics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities for working within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and use office equipment

Our ideal Customer Service Representative is bilingual and has an associate degree (or equivalent experience) in logistics, business, supply chain, or a similar field.
