Lab Analyst/ ONLY W2Introduction: USC/ GC

Cambridge, MA, 1 in Waltham MA & 1 in Framingham, MA

The Lab Analyst position is based in Cambridge, MA and will involve providing consulting, analytical, and technical laboratory services to support various scientific platforms. The individual will work closely with business users and managers to analyze customer needs and propose solutions for the desired state.

Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Management and onsite Validation/Compliance support
  • IT Consulting
  • Customer Liaison
  • Onsite Lab IT Support
Requirements Management:
  • Understand problem statements and challenges
  • Define project scope
  • Gather requirements
  • Assist with Validation/Compliance activities as required
IT Consulting:
  • Analyze gaps/opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate industry trends
  • Recommend process improvements
Customer Liaison:
  • Coordinate with internal/external service groups
  • Facilitate communication between system/lab owners and third parties
  • Provide planning schedules and metrics reporting
On Site Lab IT Support:
  • Perform break/fix support for instrument connected systems
