Join our team in Odessa, Texas, as a Lab Chemist / Technician and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers a 7/7 rotation, working 12-hour shifts over an initial 12+ months, with the chance to grow your career in water chemistry analysis and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water chemistry testing and analysis with precision
  • Prepare samples, operate lab equipment, and record results accurately
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in the lab
  • Collaborate on troubleshooting and optimizing testing procedures

Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of chemistry and water chemistry testing
