Job Summary
Job Duties
• Prepare simulation lab for planned student activities
• Demonstrate to students standard of practice for simulation activity
• Assist students in achieving level of proficiency in simulation activity
• Provide students with best practices for translating simulation lab activities to real world environment
• Assist Instructor in assessing student's level of proficiency in simulation activity
• Clean up simulation lab after student activities are complete
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies for specialty area of simulation lab
• Project positive attitude towards the profession and students
• Adhere to FERPA policy regarding student confidentiality
Required Qualifications
1. Certified Pharmacy Technician.
2. Current and active Pharmacy Technician License for the State of Michigan.
3. Minimum two years' experience in the discipline teaching.
4. Experience training other Pharmacy Technicians, either in the academic or practice setting.
