Position Summary

The B2B Lab Instructor is responsible for independently managing day-to-day operations of assigned business-to-business (B2B) lab activities, ensuring instructional readiness, quality standards, and compliance with industry and institutional requirements. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in coordinating resources, scheduling, and process improvements to support client and partner training initiatives. The position requires advanced organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively liaise between corporate partners, internal stakeholders, and instructional teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of B2B lab operations to ensure alignment with partner agreements and program objectives.

· Serve as the primary liaison between corporate partners, instructional staff, and the Senior Project Manager, ensuring consistent communication and resolution of operational needs.

· Evaluate and improve lab processes, leveraging professional expertise to recommend and implement changes that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

· Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality expectations are met.

· Coordinate procurement and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment for B2B programs, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.

· Analyze operational data to assess performance, identify trends, and propose strategic solutions.
