Job Description

Provides project-specific clerical support to the Clinic Laboratory Manager during the course of a clinical research study.  Maintains critical document files and other study-related information.  Facilitates the submission of documents to the study teams during study initiation activities. 

  • Defines and QCs 'lab packets' per protocol to ensure all study required testing is completed.

  • Provides administrative support for Clinical Laboratory which includes but is not limited to composing and printing of emails, answering laboratory related questions, creating POs reports, and any other study-related support as needed. 

  • Attends meetings as assigned, for both laboratory and clinic.

  • Maintains laboratory study files.

  • Receives and processes biological samples.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
