The wage range for this role is between $19.55-$22.22/hr.

Your tasks at a glance 
  • You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
  • You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists. 
  • You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.  
  • You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
  • You schedule and confirm post-operative appointments by telephone. 
  • You support the organization’s Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization’s overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.  
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
