Description - Your Impact

• Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the proper functioning of lab equipment through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with patient specimen collection as necessary and prepare samples for testing efficiently.
• Maintain diligent records, offer mentorship to new staff or interns, and contribute to sustaining lab quality standards.
• Foster a safe, clean workspace while consistently upholding regulatory and accreditation specifications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance is required while employed.
