Pour supporter ses projets de croissance, La Maison Orphée est présentement à la recherche de d'un (1) préposés à la sanitation.
L'horaire de travail pour ce poste est de jour du lundi au vendredi.

En tant que préposé à la sanitation, voici un aperçu des tâches que tu auras à accomplir :

  • Être responsable en 1ère ligne de l’application des bonnes pratiques de fabrication pour préserver la qualité et l'innocuité des produits;
  • Nettoyer et assainir les équipements et les locaux;
  • Démonter et remonter des pièces et des équipements de fabrication alimentaire;
  • Inspecter les équipements pour détecter les bris et l’usure et en informer la maintenance;
  • Participer à l'entretien des diverses salles, incluant l’entretien ménager;
  • Participer activement aux activités de formation, d'amélioration et aux revues de performance.

Compétences recherchées :

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la transformation alimentaire;
  • Minutie et souci du travail bien fait;
  • Habileté manuelle;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome;
  • Organisation et gestion des priorités;
