The Position
Workforce Enablement Professional
The Opportunity

As a Workforce Enablement Professional, you will contribute to the Digital Employee Experience. You won't just be fixing technical issues-you'll act as a strategic digital consultant, partnering directly with business teams to automate processes, drive tool adoption, and ensure our workforce has the seamless IT experience they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Workplace Ownership & Strategic Consulting
  • You will act as a digital enabler for our business colleagues and functions and be the owner of the digital employee experience for the respective site.
  • Present complex technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and easy to understand manner. Take ownership of incidents and act decisively to ensure our customers maintain IT productivity.
  • Provide technical consultancy for specific groups and work with them on how to leverage the existing tool for their benefit.
  • Proactively approach business functions to understand their processes and suggest methods to increase productivity.

Hands-on Technical Support & Operations
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities at the site, working independently within company guidelines to maintain seamless operations.
  • 2nd Level Support: Provide 2nd-level technical resolution (in-person or remote) for field-based and specialty spaces (GxP, Labs, R&D, etc.).
  • Incident Ownership: Take ownership of incidents, act decisively to restore user productivity, and manage troubleshooting across network and system infrastructure.
  • Vendor & Service Management: Work closely in conjunction with internal IT groups, Professional Services, and outsourcing partners to drive efficient solutions.

Mentorship, Training & Communication
  • Translating Tech to Business: Present and communicate complex, highly technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Training & Onboarding: Design and conduct training programs to educate users on both basic and specialized applications of Digital Technology.
  • Team Guidance: Act as a go-to resource and functional mentor for colleagues with less experience.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or applicable discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with IT/desktop support.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery.
  • Strong consultative mindset, proactive communicator, self-starter capable of working under minimal guidance, and a passion for elevating the employee digital experience.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $65,500 - $121,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
