Schedule:
Saturday through Tuesday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime available as needed
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and highly skilled Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to support daily operations in a fast-paced department. This role requires strong forklift experience, attention to safety, and the ability to handle physically demanding work.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment with a high level of skill and precision
Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely
Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
Follow all safety, GMP, and company guidelines
Keep work areas clean and organized
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements:
3–5 years of continuous forklift experience required (must be highly proficient)
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis (50+ lbs)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and heavy lifting
Exposure to varying temperatures depending on work area
