Inter Care Therapy Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. This full-time position allows you to provide critical mental health support from the comfort of your own home, making a meaningful impact on individuals dealing with various psychological challenges. This role is exclusively remote, leveraging telehealth platforms to engage with clients. As a member of our distributed team, you will utilize advanced video conferencing and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain clear communication and proper documentation. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being via virtual sessions.
• Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions to provide emotional support, coping strategies, and therapeutic tools to clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain precise documentation in our EHR system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and ensure a supportive environment for all clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will take a culturally responsive approach to therapy, addressing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client to provide them with the best possible care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of New York (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• Strong commitment to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and EHR systems.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Experience in culturally competent practices and a passion for providing inclusive care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while handling diverse cases.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
