Average Yearly Pay Range: $70,000 - $139,000
In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Petroleum Transport Driver to join our dedicated fleet based in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of petroluem products to our retail locations. Our drivers operate from 25 outbased locations, collectively delivering over one million gallons daily and logging more than 20,000 miles- all while returning home at the end of each shift.
Our modern fleet is equipped with electronic logging systems, satellite communication, and is maintained regularly by our own in-house Truck Maintenance Shop, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Schedules Available:
Tuesday - Saturday PM
4-on/4-off PM
Friday - Monday AM & PM

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL with endorsements for:
    • Combination Vehicle
    • Air Brakes
    • Tanker
    • Hazardous Materials
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating semi-tractor/trailer combinations
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented with strong accurace in documentation
  • Ability to operate computerized loading systems
  • Basic math skills, including percentage calculations
  • Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must reside within 60 minutes and 60 miles of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Physical Requirements
  • Sit for up to 6 hours at a time
  • Stand for up to 1 hour at a time
  • Occassionally bend, reach, and twist
  • Lift and carry up to 50lbs from 24 to 60 inches
  • Push/pull up to 62lbs of force
  • Work in varying weather and temperature conditions
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times
