  • Partner with Release Engineering teams to implement and promote GitOps practices for version-controlled deployments and automated infrastructure management.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for Kubernetes-based applications, platform configurations, container deployments, and connectivity issues.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding guides, platform documentation, best practices, and practical implementation examples for engineering teams.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and workshops to help teams adopt Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native capabilities effectively.
  • Collect feedback from development teams and continuously improve platform onboarding processes, tooling, and support models.
  • Contribute to platform reliability, automation, scalability, and operational excellence across enterprise container ecosystems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in software engineering, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and enterprise platform onboarding.
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native application architecture.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD for deployment automation and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of observability tools for monitoring, logging, alerting, metrics, and tracing in Kubernetes environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Go, Python, Java, Node.js, or Shell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with containerized workloads, Kubernetes deployments, and platform support.
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices, automation, scalability, resiliency, and developer enablement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Helm charts, OpenShift Operators, and CNCF ecosystem tools.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise platform environments supporting multiple development teams.
