Job Summary:
NS2 Mission is seeking a Platform Engineer to support their team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and platform services that enable mission-critical applications to operate securely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable platform infrastructure supporting mission applications.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate system configuration and deployments using Ansible and Puppet.
• Administer and support Red Hat Linux environments.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery.
• Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) resources and implement security best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevSecOps teams, and system administrators to improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and continuously improve platform operations through automation and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Required:
