Job description

Full Time Days: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 6am-6pm

Weekends/Holidays: Every other

Must be CNA Certified already, preferred Med Certified 

16 years of age or older for CNA and RCS, GED or High SchoolDiploma for UMA

Starting $28/hour plus experience

The CNA/RSC/UMA provides direct care for the resident andis responsible for carrying out the needs of the resident according to thecomprehensive assessment, analysis of the care plan. The  in collaborationwith the Charge Nurse and other team members will assure the resident cares arebeing met along with the other daily needs such as activities, therapies,laundry, passing medications, cleanliness of the resident and their room.

TheCNA/RSC/UMA works under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse to assist withnursing care as directed by the nurse and resident care plan. The CNA/RSC/UMAin collaboration with all facility team members will assure the families,resident and other team members are educated with the residents needs. TheCNA/RSC/UMA assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level ofhealth and physical condition their functions include: personal hygiene,cleaning, comfort medications and safety measures, assisting with activities,and simple nursing procedures outlined in the job responsibilities. TheCNA/RSC/UMA has the ability and willingness to follow written and verbalinstructions and work under close supervision. Effective verbal and writtencommunications skills arenecessary.             

Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugscreening and background check.  Must have covid vaccine or exemption.

Must either have or be able to obtain CPR within 4 months ofhire.
