Skillset (Must-Haves):

  • Help define digital customer experiences across Kroger accounting systems
  • Partner with Product Managers and engineering to discover, document and design new systems for key accounting stakeholders.
  • Individual contributor in partnership with cross-functional product team.
  • Responsible for discovery, research, systems mapping, analysis and design in an agile environment.
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to understand and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Develop and update assets as needed such as ecosystems, service design, journey, personas, user flows.
  • Experience understanding and designing in environments with complex data and multi-system architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research and discovery exercises.
  • Synthesis and create documentation to align the team and strategic direction.
  • Champion user-centricity in approaches and decisions.
  • Partner with engineering and product managers for sprint planning and engagement with agile ceremonies.
  • Self-starter, collaborative nature, strong communicator, comfortable understanding of data architectures.
  • Data visualization for complex items made easy to understand and use.
