Executive Assistant\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global leader in lithium-ion battery manufacturing\nand is seeking for Executive Assistant\n\n\nSummary\n• This position will provide analytical and operating support for Executive\nVice President. This will include but not limited to applying clerical service\nskills with an excellent understanding of executive support in day-to-day\nbusiness needs in a corporate setting.\n \nDuties and Responsibilities\nA Qualified candidate would be performing following key roles but not limited\nto: \nExecutive Administrative Assistant Roles: \n• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external\nclients, stakeholders and employees. \n• Preparing for senior leadership meetings by researching content and\npreparing/identifying key points. \n• Maintain detailed records, organizing events, and ensuring overall\nefficiency of office operations.\n• Able to communicate with multi-level leadership.\n• Preparing and/or editing, translating documents, presentation materials and\nother necessary materials for executives. \n• Scheduling and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company\nexecutives. \n• Supports the day to day functions of executives and office operation. \n• Reviewing and processing expenses and reimbursements. \n• Assist with other clerical/administrative duties and projects as needed. HR\nSupport Role: \nExperience and Education Requirement\n• Bachelor Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field. \n• Bilingual in Korean and English is required \n• 1-2 year(s) experience in Office Administration. \n• Previous Office Administration experience and customer service experience\nrequired\n• Open to learning new skills and take on new projects and tasks \n• Strong verbal and written communication skills\n• Skilled in Microsoft Office products\n
