Job description

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) , you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing groundbreaking chip architecture solutions for our customers. This role combines technical expertise with strategic planning, giving you the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and industry-leading clients. You’ll be responsible for consolidating project scopes, assessing technological feasibility, planning resources, and delivering detailed cost proposals—all while helping to bring advanced semiconductor designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead pre-sale technical activities and follow up on RFQs to deliver outstanding customer support.

•Architect end-to-end solutions that encompass algorithm design, IP, P&R, software, process, package, testing, yield, and reliability—customized to meet customer needs and application scenarios.

•Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, competitiveness analyses, and risk assessments to ensure each project’s success.

•Serve as a knowledge resource, sharing insights from historical projects to guide solution development.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to craft solution proposals and foster seamless project execution.

•Oversee project schedules, resource planning, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

•Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns to support competitive, accurate quotations.

Qualifications:

•MSEE, BSEE, or a related degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

•10+ years of engineering experience in AI, SSD, Wireless, High-Speed Interfaces, Multimedia, or Automotive ASIC industries.

•Proficient in package and PCB design with strong knowledge of high-speed interface IPs.

•Deep understanding of ASIC IC design, manufacturing, and production workflows.

•It’s a plus to have experience with 2.5D/3D integration and TSMC processes from N7 to N2.

•Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve issues under pressure.

•Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and drive them to successful completion.

•Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required, and Japanese or Korean is a plus.

•Team-oriented, organized, and highly motivated with a passion for cutting-edge technology.

•Available for business travel as needed.
