Position Summary


We are seeking a Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and customer experience, with the ability to connect with clients and represent the Wolford brand with sophistication and care.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Client Experience


  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable, personalized, and attentive service
  • Actively drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and client outreach
  • Maintain and grow a client book; proactively build relationships with new and returning customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and KPI targets


Boutique Operations & Presentation


  • Ensure all visual merchandising standards are executed, including window displays and in-store presentation, in line with corporate guidelines
  • Support inventory management including deliveries, transfers, and stock organization
  • Maintain a pristine boutique environment including selling floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, and cash wrap
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and care, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and trainings focused on product knowledge, customer service, and brand initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Assist with pricing, returns/exchanges, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a strong awareness of loss prevention and uphold all security standards
  • Key holding responsibilities may be assigned


Qualifications


  • 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred
  • Proficient with POS systems and retail technology
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and sales-driven
  • Professional presentation and adherence to Wolford’s dress code standards
