Position Overview

Smoky Mountain Knife Works is seeking a reliable and energetic Whatnot Department Associate to support our livestream sales operations. This role combines warehouse fulfillment with live production support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, interactive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare products for livestream sales and ensure inventory is organized
  • Operate computers, video boards, and related equipment during livestream events
  • Assist livestream hosts by coordinating product flow and on-screen needs
  • Engage with livestream viewers through chat and help facilitate a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling and lifting merchandise

Physical Requirements
