As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work closely with our team to support daily warehouse operations while learning valuable skills across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities include performing warehouse bulk pulls and assisting with supporting accurate inventory, loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently, completing a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks, supporting receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities, learning to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided), assisting with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment, providing occasional support for packaging and kitting operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and collaborating with team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Work hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Starting pay is $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution. Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available. Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment. 401(k) plan participation and company match available upon eligibility.

Valid Colorado Driver's License required. Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
