Hospital Outpatient Clinic in a small northwest Oregon community, about 90 minutes from Portland, is seeking full-time, permanent Physical Therapists to join their exceptional rehabilitation team. This location is known for its stunning natural beauty, offering residents breathtaking views of the river, nearby forests, and Pacific Ocean.

Physical Therapist:

  • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
  • The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation, treatment, reassessment, and documentation of care.
  • Create individualized care plans for each patient
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment
  • Physical Therapist is responsible for supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides.
  • Openings in General/Ortho, Pediatrics, and Pelvic Health
  • Flexible schedule working either four, 10-hr shifts or five, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications of Physical Therapist:

  • The Physical Therapist must have successfully completed a Physical Therapy program from an accredited school.
  • Holds or is eligible for a valid state license or valid temporary permit as a Physical Therapist, issued by the Oregon State Physical Therapy Licensing Board
  • BLS certification through AHA
